Calls for ELIXIR-IT All Hands Meeting
ELIXIR-IT's All Hands Meeting (Oct 13-14, 2025) features a "Stories, Projects, Perspectives" session. Members can submit abstracts by July 20. Workshop proposals from Platforms, Communities, and Focus Groups are due July 7.
Call for 14/10/2025 Session: “Inside ELIXIR-IT: Stories, Projects, Perspectives”
During the Italian Node’s All Hands Meeting (13–14 October 2025), the session “Inside ELIXIR-IT: Stories, Projects, Perspectives” will be dedicated to showcasing the activities of selected members of the ELIXIR-IT Joint Research Unit. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the ELIXIR-IT partnership, sharing ongoing projects or future initiatives.
Interested institutions are invited to submit an abstract (maximum 600 characters, including spaces) to elixir.it.iib@gmail.com by 20 July 2025.
Proposals will be evaluated by the Management and Coordination Committee.
14/10/2025 Call for Workshop AHM ELIXIR-IT
This call is addressed to representatives of ELIXIR-IT Platforms, Communities, and Focus Groups.
During the All Hands Meeting (13–14 October 2025), the afternoon of 14/10 will be available to host three parallel thematic workshops.
Those wishing to propose a workshop are invited to express their interest by sending an email to elixir.it.iib@gmail.com, including:
- an abstract (max 600 characters, including spaces),
- the maximum number of participants allowed,
- and any other logistical needs (e.g., equipment, technical support, room layout, etc.).
Deadline for proposal submission: 7 July 2025.
All proposals will be evaluated by the Management and Coordination Committee. Selection criteria will include organizational feasibility as well as scientific relevance and future outlook.
