The event aims to provide SMEs with a valuable opportunity to explore the extensive resources and services offered by ELIXIR-IT, featuring presentations and networking sessions designed to highlight ELIXIR-IT’s expertise in data production, management, and analysis within the Life Sciences sector.

Additionally, it serves as a forum to understand the needs of biotechnology companies, foster research collaborations, and strengthen the network between research and industry.

Funded by the ELIXIRxNextGenIT project (PNRR IR0000010) and the ELIXIR Node Industry Engagement Days Pilot Programme, ELIXIR-IT: A Bridge Between Research and Biotechnology Industry is organized by the Italian node of ELIXIR (Europe’s leading infrastructure for life sciences research) in collaboration with Italbiotec and Confindustria Bari-Bat.
