Interoperability

About the Platform

The ELIXIR Italy Interoperability Platform supports the life sciences community in making biological data and tools Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR). It promotes the adoption of shared standards for metadata, file formats, ontologies, and identifiers, enabling seamless data integration and analysis across systems and domains. Through strong alignment with the ELIXIR Europe Interoperability Platform, it contributes to international initiatives that define and implement best practices for FAIR data management in research and innovation.
